|Recommended: YesRecommend — The neighborhood is pretty chill in the section where I live at and it is very quiet and the neighbors aren't a problem. The rooms have honestly enough room if you're know how to move things around the the apartment itself was bigger than I thought its was going to be like.
|Recommended: YesI like it here so far — I have had a few bumps in the road, I think mainly due to miscommunication between different offices, but that's okay Life happens The walls, I noticed, must be really thin because I can hear the people across from me screaming and playing Mario Kart from inside the closed door of my apartment at 3 in the morning. I also noticed how dirty my room was when I first moved in, which was technically yesterday. There is a dead bug under my bed and I had to kill a separate bug when I moved my stuff into my room yesterday. The leasing office staff is really nice, they were accommodating and understanding. The ground's cleanliness is not so good, from what I have noticed, and I am aware that it could be from so many people moving in and throwing their stuff away which is of course understandable, I just hope that it does not remain like this. I do like the spaciousness of the apartment, how there were mattresses already provided, that saved me a lot of money so that is greatly appreciated.
|Recommended: YesNice 1st place to live — Chandler Crossing is a very nice place to live. It’s a little misleading with the tour of what your apartment may look like. The maintenance staff is very slow but everyone is moving in at the same time so it’s likely they’re extremely busy. It’s very hard to contact the main office because no one can transfer you there. I got my key to my room bent and I am unable to unlock my door and i’ve been waiting for four days to get it fixed and they keep telling me to call back. Our dishwasher has about 3 inches of moldy water sitting at the bottom and it stinks. We have called multiple times to get it fixed but they keep holding it off. A few of our appliances were rusted and broken and took some fixing as most apartments do. The facilities are nice but the gym is very slim pickings and the basketball court is closed as of now. The staff are very nice people and try their best to help. Most neighbors are great and helpful. Overall, it’s a decent first apartment to have.
|Recommended: Yes1133-A Apartment review Type-Emerald — All the facilities over here are good the rooms are pretty spacious. The closets, table and side table go good with room. The light in the balcony is not working though.
